This study project aims to highlight the major impacts with which the agglomeration of Montreal is confronted with regard to climate change, it appears that the phenomenon of flooding constitutes one of the main risks to which certain sectors of the agglomeration of Montreal are particularly at risk.

The Mitigation project aims to put forward a resilient urban development approach based on the mitigation of flood phenomena and inspired by several resilient urban redevelopments implemented in several countries.
